Bug#580706:
>[%General]
>Driver=QSQLITE3
>[SQLITE3]
>Name=/full/path/to/akonadi/db/file
Can somebody clarify this? Where *should* a user put their Akonadi SQLITE database file? I mean, I could always shove it in ~/ but I think there should be a place where this file belongs by default.
After making the above changes, everytime I ran akonadiserver, it would continue to crash just as before.. I had to run akonadictl start which created the database file and initialized akonadi.
Now, KMAIL works.. But really it should have worked from the beginning of a fresh KDE install. It doesn't make any sense for things to be misconfigured by default.
