Bug#684688: libqt4-core: Multiarch conflicts prevent installation

On amd64 with multiarch (dpkg --add-architecture i386), several libqt4 packages
contain conflicts between amd64 and i386. This configuration is required to use
Skype i386 on amd64. Skype appears to continue working with a mix of old and
new packages (this was an upgrade). It is likely that a fresh installation
would not succeed, breaking the unrelated third-party Skype, which would make
this a critical issue.
