Bug#664692: /usr/bin/krunner: app launcher is started upon ctrl+^ but is not configured as such

a recent update seems to have brought me a shortcut for the kde
application launcher widget (krunner I guess).
When I press ctrl+^ it starts the widget and also enters "^" into
the input field.
ctrl+^ is not configured as it's shortcut in the system settings
ctrl+^ has been configured to start yakuake (quake like terminal window)
before and I'd like to keep it this way
Yakuake is opened additionally to the application launcher.
