Bug#626825: systemsettings: Printers added through Systemsettings don't work

When adding a printer through KDE Systemsettings it gets added, but printing
doesn't work. Inspecting the command line output reveals a message: 'lpr: Bad
job-sheets value ""!'. The cause is i a incorrect line in
/etc/cups/printers.conf. Instead of 'JobSheets none none', there is only
'JobSheets'. After fixing the line, the printer works again.
