Bug#606073: assistant: doc formatting looks broken (no css used)

I expect that this will not be fixed upstream until the Qt
Modularization kicks in where the Qt tools are in a separate source package.

As a short term workaround you could:
Build (but not package) QtWebkit in qt4-x11 and make qt4-dev-tools
manually depend on libqtwebkit4.
That's what we have done in Ubuntu:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qt4-x11/4:4.7.0~rc1-1ubuntu3
or:
Introduce a build-dependency cycle between qt4-x11 and qtwebkit.
