Extended descriptions start with:

> operations on images such as manipulation, organization, importing 
> from and exporting to online services (and not only), batch editing, etc.

The parenthesis has something wrong. I am not sure what it means. Does 
it say more than the etcetera? I suggest either removing it or rewording 
to "(and more)" or "(and not only these)".
