Bug#630945: kde-window-manager: emacs output corrupted after upgrade from 4.4 to 4.6

emacs display random line's of file after scroll. But just show, if I
scroll cursor into it, it correctly redraw. problem exists only with
compositing enabled. Without it, or with KDE 4.4 all works good.
