Bug#580355: Fixed via kdeinit restart
I killed all running kdeinit-related processes, re-started kate, and now
the error is gone.
How to restart kdeinit:
0) Exit kate.
1) Check for kde-related processes. You should find kdeinit or kdeinit4,
klauch[4], kded[4].
2) Kill these processes.
pkill kdeinit
pkill kded
should be sufficient.
3) Launch kate.
Note that kdeinit[4] will restart automatically. If you need kded[4],
you will need to launch it separately.
