Bug#514269: /usr/bin/kwin: Must move the window for get the content refresh

On some applications having a scroll area the content
of the area are not refreshed and the scroll bar dont
move. If move the window or minimize and maximize the
content of window are refreshed.

I'm using Nvidia GeForce 8200M with 190 driver version.
