Hi,

Maybe this is a xorg bug, so we have a squeeze system with an intel graphics card:

# lspci -d 8086:2992 -vvv

# lspci -d 8086:2992 -nv
00:02.0 0300: 8086:2992 (rev 02) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])

I'm reporting here because:
If I start xdm, Xorg stick with 0% cpu.
If I start gdm, Xorg stick with 0% cpu.
If I start kdm, Xorg goes to 35% cpu. (without any keystroke)

Later inside KDE xorg cpu goes to 99%

I will report a bug to xorg too because cpu goes to 99% too in gnome (or with twm) when playing with windows

Thanks
