Bug#601949: [plasma-widgets-workspace] device manager popup shows up on every X session

If I start an additional session as an other user, and plug in an usb stick, 
then the popup for the removable device shows up on the screen for the other 
session as well (it's only visible if the users put their panels at different 
places). I don't know if it has security consequences, but I wouldn't be 
surprised if it had.

After switching back to the first session, the area in place of the popup 
becomes unresponsible, because there is an invisible popup. It disappears upon 
clicking on the device manager icon.
