Bug#597387: kmail: KMail appends double quotes to attachment file names

Having some attachments in a IMAIL account (gmail), KMail shows file
names in the email "fancy header" correctly, but a mouse-hover shows the
file name in the status line with an appended double quote. When
downloading the attachment a double quote is appended at the end of the
file name.
Also, at the attachment list around the end of the displayed message,
filenames appear two times: one "hyperlinked" with the appended double
quote and other, only text, correctly displayed (without the extra
double quote)
