Bug#584905: plasma-netbook not auto-starting on a fresh install

I try to install plasma-netbook using kde-plasma-netbook, 
but the bug is still present. 

plasma-netbook don't autostart.

I cant select a Form factor on Workspace setting, netbook is 
selected but it is gray.
