Bug#590626: kdm starts too early

After renaming /etc/rc2.d/S24kdm to /etc/rc2.d/S99kdm on a laptop system with
Intel chipset, X and kdm initializes as it should.

Before, mostly I only get a tty login.
It might be that the framebuffer initialization adds too much latency for X to
come up properly.

Please let me know how I can provide you with more information.
