Bug#589312: Do not provide menu-file

Package: kwordquiz
Version: 4:4.4.4-1+b1
Severity: serious

This package provides no menu-file. Therefore it do not show up in
menus of window managers that support Debian menus, for example fvwm2.
AFAIK such neglect is a violation against Debian policy.
