Well, I don't know what you upgraded but there has not been a major KDE 
upgrade (be it squeeze or sid) for a week at least. On the other hand, new 
fglrx-glx has just migrated to testing.

Due to the closed source nature of fglrx (and its long infamous track record 
of various bugs and poor quality), we cannot help you much here. But maybe 
fglrx maintainers will.

radeonhd is a dead project. Please try/use xserver-xorg-video-ati instead.
