Bug#578442: Selecting form text from right to left causes scroll selection

In konqueror, I am editing a textbox in a form that contains several pages of
text. If using a mouse, I am left handed, and sometimes select text using a
right to left motion. If the selection reaches the left hand edge of the text
box (because I am including the first character on the line), the edit
selection starts rapidly scrolling and selects several pages of text following
my intended selection. If I select the same text using a left to right motion,
the problem does not occur and selection behaves normally.

I am running the didiwiki server to provide the editable text boxes, for the
purposes of replicating this problem.
