A week or two ago, the right-click menu option "Open link" stopped
working.  Now I get only a dialog box titled "Sorry - Konsole" with
the text:

	Could not find the program 'firefox'

Sorry: user error!  Something just uninstalled firefox on me:

  firefox is hashed (/usr/bin/firefox)
  steve@riemann{~}firefox
  bash: /usr/bin/firefox: No such file or directory
