I doubt a bit that I'll ever satisfy your request. I wrote the report while I was using Debian a few years ago. Then I switched to Ubuntu. Now Ubuntu's stable is at KDE4.3.2. The next Ubuntu release will probably have KDE4.4.1a. Don't know when Ubuntu will ship that release and I'll update to it and whether by that time KDE will not have allready skipped one or more releases ahead... We'll see.
