Package: upgrade-reports

I updated KDE4.1.0 to KDE4.1.1 the same way I updated KDE3.5.9 to
KDE4.1.0.

Now (with KDE4.1.1) I cannot start KDE session for me (as regular
user). No matter if it is via kdm or via console and then startx. The
screen blinks, there is busy cursor shown for a second, and then I am
back to kdm or console. X.log shows error that it cannot compile xkb
keymap (however it also notes it is not fatal error).

BUT, I can switch to console, log in as root, enter
startx
and voila, KDE starts perfectly well.

I did another test -- after update to KDE4.1.1 I added new user. This
new user cannot start KDE session exactly as the regular user I
tested before (description above).

Long time passed without response. Likely it is not a bug but system
configuration issue. Ask on debian-kde@lists.debian.org
