Maybe this must be in kde-i18n-en since I detected it in kde-i18n-es but I assume the problem is in the source docbook and not a i18n issue by itself.

Spanish documentation reads:

Vea el archivo README.linux.console en el paquete Konsole para obtener información más detallada de las diferencias entre una consola Linux® y una consola UNIX® típica. Si esto no significa nada 
para usted, no se preocupe por ello.

....but that file (README.linux.console) does not exist. I do not have the english documentation installed, but the file seems not to exist in packages.debian.org at all.

Please, include the file if it is missing, or change the documentation to an appropiate one.
