This is an Iceweasel bug: none of the Okular's .desktop files associates it 
for the inode/directory mimetype (which represents a directory).

This is not a solution at all, this just a workaround (even an ugly one, 
IMHO).
"x-directory/normal" is nowhere a standard mimetype, it is not even registered 
with the shared-mime-info database.
Dolphin is correctly associated for the "inode/directory" mimetype (which is 
the oly correct one), and that's all it is needed for being used as handler 
for directories.
