In the version of koffice 1:2.1.1-1 there isn't any bug.If you use the command "apt-get source koffice-dev" using the experimental repository  (with that command you will download the source which debian will use for the install) you will find that library in the following directory "current_path/koffice-2.1.1/kchart/kdchart/kdchartserializer/src/KDXMLTools.h"
