It seems that you installed Qt from experimental. Please check with:
dpkg -l libqtcore4
If the version of libqtcore4 that you have installed is 4:4.6.x, then you
installed it from experimental. To install libqt4-dbg from experimental,
please use:
aptitude install -t experimental libqt4-dbg
And then close the bug, or ask for it.
