Bug#478508: kde-window-manager: Similar issue
Package: kde-window-manager
Severity: normal
I don't know if it still occurs in the latest version. Usually, I can lock the
screen, then move the mouse, and the desktop appears briefly. One time, it
stayed up until the password dialog timed out.
So, confirmed. I have no idea where the problem lies.
