libxklavier15 (>= 4.0)
Package not available
In fact, package libxklavier15 not available in Debian testing repository. That implies that you can´t install the meta-package kdebase because of broken dependencies.

I'm using Debian Squeeze and the official repositories at http://mc.geofisica.unam.mx/debian and http://security.debian.org
