when using the decorations i immported from icewm as kde-window-decoration (menu item icewm),
not all buttons are showing - just the 3 standard ones (min/max/close);
a fourth button i always use (rollup) is not shown and does not work.
in sarge this just worked, without the slightest glitch.

KDE had a major version change with KDE 4, I doubt this problem is longer
reproducible thus I am closing. Reopen if you still have the problem with KDE 4 
and state the current version.
