Konqueror cannot open research.microsoft.com as well as many pages on the site. For example, trying to open
http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/people/thoare/
results in a message "research.microsoft.com contacted. Waiting for reply..." in the status line. After a long time the following message appears:
An error occurred while loading http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/people/thoare/:
Connection to host research.microsoft.com is broken
Similar behaviour happens in iceweasel. Epiphany opens the page without problems.
The used system is lenny with libc6 version 2.7-18 and linux-image-2.6.26-2-686 version 2.6.26-18.
