Bug#541653: kdelibs5: several (https) SSL certificates cannot be validated "for internal reasons"
Package: kdelibs5
Version: 4:4.3.0-1
Severity: important
In many cases, trying to open an SSL/TLS-secured site in Konqueror leads to a
"certificate cannot be validated" message box, giving some unspecified
"internal reasons" for the validation failure.
Iceweasel has no problems with the affected sites.
An example is https://www.last.fm/login
As I assume that this problem is probably caused by some packaging problem, I report
it here instead of in the KDE bugtracker. I had no chance to test it with another
KDE 4.3.0 build for another platform / OS so far, however.
I'm not sure whether kdelibs5 was the correct package to assign this bug to, if not
feel free to re-assign it.
