Bug#523579: knotes: Can't resize knote at all, not just with mouse

Can't re-size a knote. "Turned up corner" graphic missing from knote where you'd expect to be able to drag the knote bigger. While you can adjust the size of the knote at create time by tweaking the defaults, there appears to be no way to change this once it's created.
