Hi,

On version 4:4.0.0-2, the htdig relationship was a Recommends, could
the same be done on the current version, now that those are installed
by default?

Now that khelpcenter4 has replaced khelpcenter in sid, I guess there's no
point anymore in this bug report. Thus closing.
