Bug#563078: Unmet dependency in libqt4-dbg in the unstable branch

Package: libqt4-dbg
Version: 4:4.5.3-4

I am using Debian unstable. I am unable to install the above package.
This prevents me from producing better bug reports.
When I give apt-get, the below happens.

root@debian:~# apt-get install libqt4-dbg
