Bug#561724: hal 0.5.13-6 or fixed kde-workspace-bin available?

Hi!

Bug happened here, desktop without Plasma for now - feels really quite 
crippled. 

http://snapshot.debian.net doesn't carry a workable hal version.

Does anyone have hal available 0.5.13-6?

Or a fixed kde-workspace-bin?
