Bug#559729: konsole: rendering is broken at certain text sizes

Package: konsole
Version: 4:4.3.2-1
Severity: normal

Some columns are displayed partially over others, similar to using a
proportional font, but the same for all columns (which would not happen
for a proportional font).
To reproduce:
1. Open midnight commander (it can be seen in the bash prompt, but mc makes
it more obvious).
2. Change text size (Ctrl+-) until reaching the smallest size allowed.
3. Increase text size and notice how some columns are displayed
partially over the previous one (this is most apparent for me 4 text
sizes above the smallest, which happens to be my default).

Using a different font does not seem to help at all.
This bug was noticed immediately after upgrading to 4.3.2-1
In vim, moving the cursor around changes the rendering of the line,
depending over which character the cursor is on. The displacement
appears to be 1 pixel to the right.
