Bug#550447: kdebase-workspace: panels change size every time I enable and disable desktop effects

Package: kdebase-workspace
Version: 4:4.3.1-1
Severity: normal

Hello,

I am not sure that bug concerns exactly this package, but its description says that:

 "This package contains standard Plasma widgets and containments shipped in the
 KDE 4 base workspace module. They provide such basic desktop functionality as
 the panel,..."

So, the problem is simple. Every time I enable and then disable desktop effects in 'System Settings'
 my panels grow up a little.

To REPRODUCE:

1) Open System Settings > Desktop;
2) Tick checkbox 'Enable desktop effects', click Apply;
3) Untick checkbox 'Enable desktop effects', click Apply.

ACTUAL RESULT:

Panels become bigger.

EXPECTED RESULT:

Panels should keep their size.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
Not sure if it matters:
 - I have additional panel on the top with autohide
 - I have nvidia gforce4 mx440 pci video card

I will try to upgrade to 4:4.3.2-1 and check if it helps.
