Potential issue with packaging of kdelibs?

Hi all,

I appear to have issues with the kded / kdelibs on my Debian
sid/experimental system, which may (or may not) be related to packaging
and/or binary incompatibility, see

Any input you might have to help me resolve the issues would be very
much appreciated.
