Bug#528962: kleopatra fails to import pkcs12 certificate

 To import pkcs12, kleopatra apparently need a running gpg-agent.

 Using Xsession script, each user X11 need to set up "use-agent" option in
 its own ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf

 Then, pkcs12 key import is working flawlessly for me.
