Bug#525877: Many plugins not visible in list of available plugins

Package: kate-plugins
Version: 4:3.5.9-2
Severity: normal

Many of the kate plugins are not visible in the list of plugins availabe
(as shown in settings->Configure Kate->Plugins). For example, none of
the HTML or XML tools that I saw in previous verions of Kate, and are
still listed in the kde-plugins package, seem to be available.

I can not recall their names, although I've been using them for some
time, but for example the plugin that let me auto-complete an XML
element (</foo> if <foo> has been entered and not previously closed),
is no longer visible.
