Bug#525853: [kate] Plugin settings will not be saved when closing kate

I have installed kate 4.2.2 and created a default profile of kde. When I 
enable plugins in kate's settings under Application -> Plugins (tested with 
"Ctags Plugin", "Kate build Plugin" and some others) they will be loaded and 
there functionality is provided for the current running kate, but after 
closing kate and restarting it, only the default plugins will be activated and 
loaded.
