Bug#525851: [kate] Auto completion does nothing
Package: kate
Version: 4:4.2.2-1
Severity: normal
I have auto completion activated in "Editor Component" -> Editing -> "Auto
Completion". I tried to use it by opening a c file which contains everything
it uses (structs, functions) and tried to create some variables. After typing
the variable name with a dot afterwards nothing appeared. Also trying to press
ctrl+space as suggested by Tools -> "Invoke Code completion". Also pressing
that element in the menu doesn't help. When I try to complete a word which is
a unique identifier in the file will not work. Completion of words like break,
continue and so on also doesn't work.
It looks like the complete feature is broken and doesn't work at all.
