Bug#505153: Kmail corrupts attachments
I am getting corrupt image attachments, but with multiple attachments, not all of which are corrupted. It seems to be the first few in the list. All are duplicated as is the body part, and the "To:" entry. In the example I received today, we have:

- and so on, with the sequence broken up.
Only the first and second images have small and large versions. all totally corrupt and unreadable by anything.
Of the subsequent images, a majority have one version which is OK, the other being incomplete, or in two cases garbled with other images.
Curiously the Konqueror thumbnails on all but the first two image sets show a complete image for both versions.
This email contains the header: X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft Exchange V6.5
The headers are also duplicated.
The duplication part of this is not to do with Microsoft, as the email I got from subscribing to this bug is also duplicated. Though not the "To:" line.
The "Subscription successful" email was not duplicated.
I suspect Klamav, as I do not remember having problems until I installed it. I'll try uninstalling it, as there seems to be no way of turning it off, and see how we go.
