Bug#525666: kdelibs-data package replaces kicker package without providing a replacement

Recently I had an update and dist-upgrade, after which kicker was removed
from my system. kdelibs-data was marked as a replacement for kicker, which
is not the case, because no replacement has been provided. Thus I am reporting
this package-related bug.
