I am running KDE with two displays (no Xinerama). The first screen is
1600x1200, the second screen is 1024x768, "LeftOf" the first.

When the second head's desktop is created, it is created as "Desktop1"
and it has its own compliment of settings and a "Desktop1" directory
to match the first desktop's "Desktop" directory.

When looking at the second desktop's path settings in
right-click->Configure Desktop however, they are all listed as
Desktop, not Desktop1.

I did not try to see what happens when changing these for fear of
breakage.
