Sune Vuorela pointed me out to the pluging tarball, which is not currently packaged in Debian. So, I took the task to package it (and learn how, by the way :-) ). But unfortunately kopete-cryptography depends on kleopatra's header files, which are considered ABI unstable, and as along as this remains like this, the team won't package the headers. That's because if we do it, we should do soversioning ourselves, and there is currently not enough manpower to do that. I will go back to this as soon as the ABI becames stable.
