Confirmed on oS 11.1 + KDE 4.2 packages from OBS.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=148159 was a similar issue, but 
sufficiently different so https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=189563 was 
created.
