Steps to reproduce
1 install libarts1-xie
2 restart the KDE sound system in the KDE control center
3 run konqueror
4 enable Preview -> Sound files in the View menu
5 hover the mouse over a movie file (tested on mp3/xvid-avis and rmvb) so
you can hear the audio preview
If the bug occurrs on your machine, the konqueror will stop responding
until you kill the artsd process.
