Bug#523354: kmail: does not prompt for passphrase when attempting to sign messages

The new version of kmail doesn't prompt for a passphrase anymore when attempting
to sign messages. Instead it immediately gives me an error stating I supplied a
bad passphrase. Marking this as important since I think being able to sign your 
messages is very important.
