kgpg currently adds a shredder icon to your desktop to shred files,
however it does not add shred to the right click context menu
(servicemenu). I've attached a quick shred.desktop I've created. It
uses the trash_empty icon at the moment but it'd be nice if it had its
own icon (see bug #241633). Also, this servicemenu appears under the
Action sub menu. Anyone know how to get right under delete where it
belongs?

Read: http://bugs.kde.org/49479 for more info. But this basically won't fix,
no even in kde 4.
