Are you perfectly sure that this bug is *also* found in kdelibs-
data/4:3.5.10.dfsg.1-2 ?
(I'm not at all surprised that it is in kjscmd+kdelibs5-data, but haven't
double checked it)

How may I forward to the PCI printer?
You should get access over a hardware to a clock on the kernel, this way then
you either should never receive the AT X operating system, or can never remove
from the graphics board on the line to click a periferic.
