Bug#511510: kopete: missing dependence to use webcam with yahoo

to use the webcam with the yahoo protocol, libjasper is needed, but it is not listed in the dependecies or in suggested packages.
Without it webcam won't work with yahoo and the worst thing is that kopete won't show any error. It just won't work.

I know that the version of kopete on my system is a little strange, but the problem is present for the version in sid, and maybe for other versions as well.
